Picking A Case
Was once the beautiful Case #9, but then who knows. NBC might bring back the primetime version.

A big thanks to the board members who finally remembered my birthday on December 26th. Turning 34 is just turning 34 and that's all I have to say!! I requested a day off from work for that Friday, 12/26/08. Sure, I did alot back home in Cleveland to keep me happy by spending time with my family, especially our out-of-town guests, my brother & his wife, who are both from L.A. My birthday celebration weekend lasted 'til Sunday night. Friday the 26th was eating take-out pizza from a local chain in my suburb and then it was off to Dave & Busters for a drink and to play those skill games (which the Power card is used) for tickets towards anything in their rewards store. More about what games I played at D&B later on this board. The following Saturday the 27th, I returned back to work in the morning and was greeted "Happy (belated) Birthday" by my fellow co-workers. The family celebrations after work consisted of eating out at a nice casual seafood restaurant (although I ordered their best burger, but I did have calamari); followed by heading home, and then blowing out candles on a Dairy Queen birthday cake; and then opening my "birthday" presents which were still under the Christmas tree. As always surrounding the holidays are taking family pictures, pictures and more pictures w/ our digital cameras. After dinner on Sunday the 28th, we all still have more picture moments at home too. All in all, this turned out to be a great birthday weekend celebration!! I might have missed NBC's Christmas 2008 2-hr. special from Christmas night, but saw pictures on-line from NBC.com. Our family's late Christmas dinner in our dining room started at 8:00pm EST, and we opened presents at around 10:00pm. By the way, does Patricia, herself, know that I am her "biggest fan" from Cleveland? Although she's been on NBC since December 2005, the new syndicated daily version rules, assuming I get to watch all 5 shows in one week, and then I get to look at her 5 days a week!!
