Now how in the heck is DWTS getting better ratings than Deal? I prefer spending my time watching 26 gorgeous models opening briefcases, and in some instances, even doing more than that. I would've watched Monday night, but as I mentioned above, I couldn't.

Maybe others are getting sick of DoND and would rather watch DWTS or whatever else is on Monday nights?

Maybe others are getting sick of DoND and would rather watch DWTS or whatever else is on Monday nights? Well, that's certainly possible. However, I will never get sick of this show. Although, I'll admit, it's becoming increasingly harder because of some of these super annoying contestants they continue to have on

Plus some people may watch both, but they choose to watch DWTS live and tape DoND for later.

Plus some people may watch both, but they choose to watch DWTS live and tape DoND for later. I have to admit, I'm guilty of that. There have been several times that I recorded Deal because there was something else on, usually a sporting event. There haven't been many night lately that I watch Deal live. Very good observation, Kyranthia

I've done it too - mostly when '24' has two hour episodes. Oh guess what? Buzzerblog is reporting DoND's 100th show will be airing on May 6th. Among one of the special things to happen - Brooks Leach (ya know, that dude from Arkansas that left with 10 bucks?) will get a chance to play again. Source: buzzerblog.flashgameshows.com/?p=984

Seriously?!? This is too creepy, lol. I was just thinking recently how he was such a cool contestant, and that if anyone should get another chance to play, it's him. I know a lot of people were probably annoyed by him, but I loved the guy. It'll be great to see him again ;D

Was once the beautiful Case #9, but then who knows. NBC might bring back the primetime version.

Among one of the special things to happen - Brooks Leach (ya know, that dude from Arkansas that left with 10 bucks?) will get a chance to play again. Source: buzzerblog.flashgameshows.com/?p=984(As some of you can imagine, I can hear the Banker cackling somewhere...) I went to BUZZERBLOG (for game show news) tonight, and I'm really looking forward to the 100th EPISODE of NBC's "Deal or No Deal" set to air on Sunday, May 6 Monday, May 7 at 8:00 p.m. EST. The 3 pictures provided on this website are so awesome!!
Gotta love the balloon decorations (remember Jessica's Prom from last month?) that will adorn the set; we can't forget Howie Mandel (host), Scott St. John (Executive Producer), The Banker not in any of the pictures (in silhouette up in that skybox) and the silver briefcase cake (a.k.a. Case #100 ) for the 100th episode celebration; our lovely models, and the gorgeous red dresses they'll be wearing that night for this special occasion; our returning contestant from 11-27-2006, Brooks Leach (hopefully this time, he'll walk out of here with alot more than before; winning $10 from picking Case #17 is CHUMP CHANGE!!); and alot more of the surprises & extras that we're all waiting to see, whether it be contestant updates, behind-the-scenes w/ the cast, special guests or anything that might happen on the set during a gameplay.

Another article about the show. I found the link in the Banker's Blog on NBC's site and thought I'd read it. Nice writeup. But...even though I'm a fan of the show...I dunno if I quite agree that DoND will be around as long as Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy. Not saying it's going anywhere anytime soon, but I think being around that long is awfully generous. Anywho, here's the link: adventurebooks.newsvine.com/_news/2007/04/22/676810-the-dond-phenomenon

I hope she wins a penny, lol. She seemed pretty annoying to me. Why do girls feel the need to scream after every good case they open? I just don't get it. And, why do the annoying people do the best? That just ain't right....

Yep. I will say though, that I'm sorry that she has a heart condition. That must really suck. But unless she tones it way down for the next episode, I'll be on the banker's side

Well, no shock there, at least not to me. We are talking about NBC here. Not exactly the best of the channels out there
