I think it was nifty how they did the transition scene from DoND to Las Vegas.

I know. That was so cool. I was thinking why that woman came on down to talk to Howie and why the show was still going on, but then I realized that Howie was guest starring on Las Vegas. Neat tie-in.

It looked pretty seemless how they did it. It was the same contestant and his family. They didn't look totally blue screened in either. But all of a sudden when the girl walked onto the stage, I was like, 'Hey wait a minute...' Heh.

It was blue screened in (the Deal set)? It didn't look blue screened in. I thought she walked down from the audience. It looked pretty much like that was the case.

See, that's what I was trying to figure out - if a blue screen was involved.
I was thinking there might have been a blue screen involved since nobody but Howie reacted to the lady from Las Vegas. I think the scene was filmed on the DoND set, but the audience and the contestant/family were blue screened in.
Just my guess.

Maybe they were instructed to not make any conversation with the Las Vegas actress and Howie. Everyone on the set still looked like they were there.

That may be possible. It still was cool to watch.

That was the first time I sat through an entire episode of Las Vegas. The last time I attempted to watch the show, Jimmie Johnson (NASCAR star) was guest starring. I caught the first few minutes of the show and didn't return. Looks like I'll be watching the episode in a rerun.

I dunno about Vegas. I watched the first few minutes but that's all I sat through.

It was interesting. I have to admit, Howie didn't have many lines. The episode focused more on a client that would be interested in gambling when the hostesses screamed at him and a finger in the buffet.
