ALCS Game #5 (10/18/07)
Kyranthia, I hear that you are a Red Sox fan, and that you live in Massachusetts. Cleveland can have Red Sox fans (like the person that I'll be talking about in the next paragraph), and Boston can have Indians fans too!! I've never visited Boston yet. My younger brother who has college classmates, living in Boston, has been there. It's a nice city, from what I heard. Both teams have excelled to their greatest this season.
Being a devout Roman Catholic, the Bishop and leader of The Catholic Diocese of Cleveland is The Most Rev. Richard G. Lennon. He's a Boston native & former priest of the Archdiocese of Boston. He was installed as the 10th Bishop of Cleveland, OH in May 2006, replacing the Cleveland native & retired bishop, The Most Rev. Anthony M. Pilla. I got to tell you that since Bishop Lennon arrived in Cleveland, he's definitely a "die-hard" Red Sox fan. No "change of heart" for him to cheer for the Indians!! But the entire community and city do get along w/ him really well.
Are you watching the game right now on FOX or keeping up w/ Boston? This is a very exciting series for my home team, who are playing at home in Jacobs Field, and I have watched every single game of these ALCS playoffs. All of Downtown Cleveland is pumped and excited, and parking around there can be as expensive as $50 (the highest cost so far for this series). This moment is similar to the NBA Finals last June when the Spurs and Cavs were both in the national spotlight. Better to stay at home tonight. It's safe and inexpensive, and I still have to work on Friday!!
I hope that we're still friends after this series is over, Kyranthia, even if Cleveland clinches tonight and they go to the World Series to play Colorado starting next Wednesday. Otherwise, it's back to Fenway Park to finish the series this weekend, win or lose!!
So what time is it now? It's [glow=red,2,300]TRIBE TIME !! [/glow] Talk to you, later!!
